TuriPro™ NS (M) is a functional protein ingredient obtained exclusively from selected turkey meat fractions and subjected to controlled enzymatic hydrolysis. This process results in a raw material with high biological value of peptides and amino acids, a favorable sensory profile, and very good solubility. It is characterized by a high content of essential amino acids, including branched-chain amino acids BCAAs (isoleucine, leucine, and valine) as well as tryptophan – 0.7 g per 100 g of protein, which is a precursor of serotonin, and its deficiency is associated with impaired memory and lowered mood.
