TuriColl™ LM is an advanced collagen hydrolysate, standardized to peptide fractions with an average molecular weight of ~2000 Da, obtained through a precisely controlled production process. It is made from the highest quality raw turkey meat, produced in our own, supervised processes.

TuriColl™ LM is dominated by type II collagen, but also contains types I and III. The product is also a source of essential amino acids, including BCAAs (isoleucine, leucine, valine). The recommended dose is 5 g/day*.

Contains tryptophan* – 0.4 g/100 g protein, a precursor of serotonin, a deficiency of which is associated with impaired memory and mood.

Contains histidine, a key amino acid with antioxidant properties*. The recommended dose is from 0.6 g/day*.
